Our Santa Gertrudis cows are selected for heat tolerance, parasite resistance and maternal instincts, and they’re handled daily in a low-stress environment to ensure a calm, manageable disposition. Crossing them with Hereford bulls yields Star Five heifers that grow quickly, breed easily and maintain excellent structure on any forage.
